Dr. David & Lynn Willis

Pastor David Willis has more than twenty years of ministry, most of which has been either in a collegiate setting
or a university town. He loves to blend his Christian faith with education and as a result his desire is to train up a
generation in the fullness of the Spirit. His passion is to train those who have a call of God on their life and to flow
in the gifts and anointing of the Holy Spirit. He has seen over 100 people go into full-time ministry as a result of his
mentoring and leadership.
David served as a Campus Pastor at The Pennsylvania State University. In addition, he has been a consultant for
college ministry on the statewide level. His pastoral ministry has been in Pennsylvania, Missouri and California at
churches ranging in size from 50 to 3,500. David served as the Church Leadership and Youth Ministry Program
Director for a Christian college and as the Academic Dean of a church-based Bible College. He has traveled both
nationally and internationally ministering and teaching.
David has been an Ordained Minister with the Assemblies of God since 1988. In addition to his professional
experience, he has a diversified educational background: a Bachelors of Science in Recreation and Parks from
The Pennsylvania State University; a Masters of Divinity with a concentration in Pastoral Ministries from the
Assemblies of God Theological Seminary; and a Doctorate of Ministry with an emphasis on leadership formation
from Fuller Theological Seminary.
David is a gifted communicator who clearly articulates the gospel of Jesus Christ in a positive and energetic fashion.
He is married to Lynn, who is also an ordained minister. They have three children: Phoebe, Christian and Brandon.
In his spare time he enjoys family time, reading, travel and exercise.
Lynn Willis is the President and Founder of Women of the World, International Ministries and is an ordained
minister with the Assemblies of God. Lynn received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Ministerial Studies from Bethany
College and her Masters Degree in Cross Cultural Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary. She has served as a
Campus Pastor at Pennsylvania State University and has assisted her husband in pastoral ministry. For five years
she served as the Church Leadership and World Missions Director at Bethany College of the Assemblies of God.
Lynn has traveled extensively throughout the world holding conferences specifically designed to challenge,
encourage and equip women of the nations to minister boldly in their context. Her heart's desire is to raise up
Christian leaders throughout the world to impact this generation by the power of the Holy Spirit.
